Detailer vacuuming a clean car interior

Checklist

How to Get Ready for a Mobile Detail

A few minutes of prep helps your appointment go smoothly and gets you the best possible result.

The checklist

  1. Pick a good spot. Park where there is room to open every door and walk all the way around the vehicle. A driveway, garage apron or open parking space works.
  2. Take out personal items. Remove valuables, papers, chargers and anything in the door pockets, console and trunk so we can reach every surface.
  3. Decide on car seats. Leave them in and add Kid Car Seat Cleaning, or take them out so we can clean underneath.
  4. Tell us about problem spots. Stains, pet hair, smoke or spill odors? Mention them in your booking notes so we bring the right tools and confirm any extras before we start.
  5. Share access details. Gate codes, HOA or apartment parking rules, and where to find the vehicle all go in your notes.
  6. Plan for the keys. We need the vehicle unlocked for interior work. Let us know how you would like to handle keys when we text to confirm.
  7. Pets inside. Let us know if there are pets in the yard so we can plan around them.

What we bring

Everything: water, power, professional products, vacuums and tools. You do not need to supply anything. Learn more about how we work.

After the detail

You pay after the work is done. If you added Ceramic Armor, we will tell you how to care for the coating. To keep things clean, look at a Maintenance Plan, which brings a Complete Package every month.

Questions

Do I need to provide water or power?

No. We bring our own water tanks and power. All we need is room to park next to your vehicle.

Should I take my kids' car seats out?

If you want them cleaned, leave them in and add Kid Car Seat Cleaning. Otherwise, take them out so we can clean the seats underneath.
