Do I need to provide water or power?
No. Our rig carries its own water tanks and power generator. All we need is room to park next to your vehicle.
Do I need to be home?
Tell us in your booking notes how we can reach the vehicle and whether you will be there, and we will sort out the details when we text to confirm.
How long does a detail take?
Most services take 2 to 5 hours, depending on the package and your vehicle's size and condition. We give you a time estimate when we text to confirm.
How do I book?
Use the online booker, which takes about a minute, or call or text (859) 588-3843. Nothing is booked until we text to confirm.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
The booker shows your price for typical condition. If your vehicle needs something extra, like heavy pet hair, stains or strong odors, we tell you before we start. Nothing is added without your OK.
When do I pay?
After the work is done. There is no payment when you book, and we accept multiple payment options.
Why can't I add shampoo to a Platinum Detail?
Because it is already included. Platinum includes carpet and upholstery shampoo and steam cleaning, so the booker marks them as included and never charges for them twice.
Why are interior extras missing when I pick Exterior Shine?
Exterior Shine, Paint Correction and Ceramic Armor are outside-only services. Interior extras come with Interior Refresh, Complete or Platinum.
What is the difference between the ceramic spray in Platinum and Ceramic Armor?
Platinum adds a ceramic spray sealant for extra gloss and water beading. Ceramic Armor is a true ceramic coating on all painted surfaces, built for 5+ year durability.
Does Ceramic Armor include paint correction?
No. They are separate services. A coating seals in whatever is under it, so if your paint has swirls, ask about Paint Correction first.
How do maintenance plans work?
You get a Complete Package every month for a lower monthly price, plus priority scheduling. Cancel anytime by call or text.
Do you detail semis and heavy equipment?
Yes. We come to your lot, yard or job site. Pick Semi Truck or Heavy Equipment in the booker to see prices.
What areas do you serve?
Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Winchester, Versailles, Paris and the rest of Central Kentucky. We travel farther in Kentucky too, so call or text to confirm.
